More About Me

Elaina Fote' has what it takes – dedication, experience and most important, a willingness to listen to her clients and a desire to help others.

A UCLA graduate with her degree in Communication Studies, Elaina followed in her Father's footsteps to pursue a career in television entertainment. During her 17 years with KTLA Television in Los Angeles Elaina's hard work paid off as she went on to win two Emmy Awards for her expertise as Coordinating Producer for the telecasts of the Los Angeles Dodgers and California Angels. Elaina also produced the telecasts for the LA Kings, LA Lakers, LA Clippers , UCLA Football and Basketball, the award-winning and highly rated Tournament of Roses Parade, Hollywood Christmas Parade, Muscular Dystrophy Telethon, commercials and numerous other KTLA live and taped productions.

Following the birth of her second child, Elaina decided that her tenure at KTLA must come to an end as the commute to and from the Conejo Valley was taking a toll on family time and decided to dedicate the next phase of her career to another area she was passionate about, Real Estate. Producing a TV show and producing a real estate transaction are not all that different. Both require attention to detail, organization and adherence to deadlines. Elaina has been able to utilize her vast knowledge and skills from the television industry and production in particular to produce results in real estate!

A resident of the Conejo Valley since 1990, and in real estate for more than fifteen years Elaina knows the community inside and out and utilizes that knowledge in guiding buyers and sellers to achieve their real estate goals.
